Firstly, we are a couple who are dog lovers and we own a dog, Oscar.

We have always been searching high and low for cute tops for him as well as other accessories but don’t we all agree that retail shops are selling at a higher price?

Therefore, we’ve decided to set up our own online-pet-shop to cater to you people out

there especially pet lovers!

We offer cheaper than retail shops as the price do not have any extra fee like rental etc.

We have wider range of products!

Most importantly, We do not SCAM! In order to let our customers have a peace of mind shopping, we only request a deposit first before the products reaches you! Rest assured that all products ordered from you guys will be safely delivered.

Terms and Conditions

1. Item sold are strictly non-refundable but is exchangeable within 3
days after/upon receiving the products.
2. Pre-order will be within 2 weeks and it may extend depending on the
popularity of each items
3. Cancellation for pre-orders are strictly not allowed after we have
sent out the orders. It can only be done 3 days before the deadline.
4. Back-orders will be available, provided that we receive
overwhelming responses.
5. Discount will not be applicable for all the package items
6. Poochy Poo have the right to alter or change the date of promotion
without any prior notice.
7. A deposit of 50% of the total bill upon ordering instead of full payment.
8. All prices does not include the handling fee, because of the exchange rate and shipping rates is different in times. This is because handling fee will be spread if we bought in bulks and thus u will have more cheaper price for the item!

Ordering Information

Hi friends! we apologise for the complication of our ordering procedure, this is to ensure that no mistake will be made when all orders are sent for shipment.

1. Mass order will be placed every 1st and 15th of the month, otherwise stated.
   
2. Customers will only be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total purchase upon ordering of the products. **There will be an additional charge of $1 for normal postage and $4 for registered postage**
   
3. *Full payment is entitled to free normal postage*
   
4. For those who are unable to do bank transfer, meet-ups for payment is available.
5. Payment is through POSB bank transfer only, unless otherwise stated.

• For ibanking, please state your name and also "poochypoo" for the nickname.

6. *After confirmation, an pre-order invoice will be send to you to proceed payment*

• Fill in the details of the pre-order invoice and send back to us after you had already transfer the money.

7.Collection-- postage/meet-ups/delivery.

• Meet-ups will be at Eunos, Tampines (anytime, any day) or Woodlands (4pm-6pm) on weekdays only.
